A deposit of 40% of the total cost must be presented to Mas y More Tacos no less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event to reserve the date and time requested for servicing the client’s event. This deposit is non-refundable, however will be applied to the total cost of the services provided. A convenience fee of 3.5% will be assessed when paying via credit or debit card.
Remaining Balance Payment
The remaining balance for all catering services provided by Mas y More Tacos must be paid in full no later than date of the scheduled event, prior to the start of the event. A convenience fee of 3.5% will be assessed when paying via credit or debit card.
In the case of an event cancellation, the client must inform Mas y More Tacos no less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled event in which the deposit will not be refunded.
A flat fee of $75.00 will be assessed for set-up and clean-up of food. If the client only requires delivered food, no labor fee will be assessed. If the client requires a taco service food handler, a fee of $30.00/hour will be assessed.
A transportation fee between $25.00-$60.00 will be assessed depending on the location of the event.
The current city or county tax in which the client’s event is held will be assessed.
Mas y More Tacos will provide food and food service for the client's event in accordance to the client’s specifications. Mas y More Tacos can supply non-food items such as flatware, napkins, plates, linens, etc. at an additional cost.
